Our chai stands apart for a simple reason — we refuse to take shortcuts. Many places use instant mixes or syrup bases and still call it “authentic.” We don’t. Chai is our main focus, not an add-on. We source real, high-quality spices and fresh ingredients, and brew everything on a proper high boil so every cup carries true depth, aroma, and flavour — just the way real chai is meant to be.

It all began when Mr. Y and Mr. Z crossed paths. Both shared a deep love for South Asian flavours and felt that something truly authentic was missing in their city. That spark led to the idea of creating a place where real Karak Chai could be experienced.
In 2018, they travelled across South Asia, immersing themselves in chai culture – tasting, learning, and understanding the craft. They returned with recipes, inspiration, and a clear purpose: to bring the true essence of handcrafted chai to the world.
After months of testing blends, brewing styles and spice combinations, Mr. X and Mr. Y finally discovered the perfect recipe for their signature Karak Chai. What began as curiosity turned into nine months of late nights, boiling kettles and endless tasting sessions. When they finally got it right, they knew this was the flavour they wanted the world to experience.
Their first batch was served at a small local market, and people instantly felt the warmth and comfort in every sip. Word spread fast, and soon their Karak Chai became a favourite for those looking for real chai made the traditional way.

Karak Chai has deep roots across South Asia, where every region and household prepares it in its own special way. It is made by slow-cooking milk, water, spices and loose black tea until the flavours blend into a rich, golden brew. At our location on 40559 Fremont Blvd, we follow the same traditional method to serve a cup that tastes authentic, comforting and true to the original South Asian chai experience.

To honour that tradition, we spent months experimenting until we created a cup that brings back memories, comfort and real warmth.
At our cafés, every batch of hot Karak Chai is slow-brewed for nearly an hour. We use fresh spices sourced from trusted farms and grind them in-house for full flavour. Our tea leaves come straight from Assam’s gardens, giving each cup a rich, authentic taste that feels true to its roots.
